WEBB Co-Founder Stephanie Terry
Stephanie Terry | Co-Founder
WEBB Squared owes its inception, growth, and enduring vision to co-founder Stephanie Terry, a visionary leader dedicated to empowering rural entrepreneurs. With a strong background in community organizing and corporate strategy, Stephanie champions both individual success and collective community strength.
Today, she serves as the CEO of WEBB KiDDZ, an innovative childcare model addressing one of the most pressing challenges facing working families—access to reliable childcare. When childcare is unstable, families struggle to maintain employment, employers experience absenteeism and turnover, and communities lose vital economic momentum. Through her leadership, Stephanie continues to create solutions that strengthen families, businesses, and communities alike.
