ABOUT US

WEBB coaches aid entrepreneurs in helping them build profitable and sustainable businesses.

WEBB Squared, founded in 2019 during the COVID-19 pandemic, aims to address the economic challenges faced by under-represented entrepreneurs, particularly in rural North Carolina.

The organization recognizes the persistent wealth gap and barriers to entrepreneurship for people of color, including limited access to credit, markets, education, and social capital.

WEBB Squared's mission is to promote economic equity by providing programs that create pathways to economic opportunity for all entrepreneurs.

OUR MISSION

To redress the wealth gap and build generational wealth by providing incubator-accelerator services to rural, under-represented entrepreneurs.

OUR VISION

An economy that is just, fair and free from race-constructed barriers in which every person, family and community has the chance to build sustainable wealth and well-being.

OUR CORE VALUES

Interdependence

We believe collaboration, not competition, is needed to build the more inclusive systems and practices we seek.

Equity

We create economic equity by empowering disenfranchised communities through impactful programs and partnerships

Leadership

We continually ask difficult questions, challenge obsolete assumptions and support others to do the same in an effort to close wealth gaps.

Abundance

We reject the notion that if one person wins, another loses and believe there are plenty of opportunities out there for everyone.

Unity

Respectful collaboration and open dialogue are vital to our mission, driving narrative change and closing racial wealth gaps.
