Drawing upon her piercing insight, unflagging authenticity and personal success as founder of Sweetie’s Southern Vegan Food Company, Stephanie provides the external resources and internal perspective required for black entrepreneurs to succeed in their lives and their communities.

Rinnie Orr (Associate Director and
Co-Founder)
A lifetime of deep inner study of philosophy, religion, art, spirituaity and non-profit work has helped Rinnie shape a vision for amore connected, equitable and interdependent world.
Rinnie is also a trained coach through Coach Training Alliance bringing her passion for personal and societal transformation to her work with WEBB Squared entrepreneurs. She also holds a Master’s in Religious Studies from Chicago Theological Seminary.

Linda Cotton (Chief Developement Officer)
Linda is a nonprofit leader with 20+ years of experience managing all essential aspects of NGO growth and sustainability.
Linda formerly served as VP at The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Foundation and Managing Director of The Washington Center, in Washington DC, directing programs to support equity in education and economic development.

Dr. Carolyn Jefferson- Jenkins (Program Consultant) is an internationally respected educator, author and speaker whose decades of work are grounded in civil rights, voting rights, African-American history and racial equity. Her career in public and higher education spans 50 years, including serving as adjunct assistant professor at UNC.
Tamika Lebby (Program Coach) is the owner of My Heart and Soul, LLC which specializes in “Personalizing your Personal Development.” “The company started with customizing and personalizing planners, notebooks and journals and has recently added Life Purpose life coaching and tarot reading. Tamika is a WEBB Squared entrepreneur.
Damien Fields (Program Coach) holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance and bachelor’s degree in Community Service and Business from SUNY Empire State College. He attended Concord Law School from 2011 to 2013, and is a Doctor of Business candidate at Walden University. He is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of HME Consulting, Inc.
Ally DeJong (Special Projects & Event Coordinator) is an astrological ritualist, writer, and practicing herbalist.
Ally formerly served as Executive Director for Abundance NC, a local nonprofit, where she learned from her natural ability to curate gatherings with intention and flow. There she worked with several healers, artists, farmers, and visionaries that helped her further refine her life’s path. Ally prioritizes the details that help our bodies feel safe. She is here to be a supportive force for this mission.
