JaLisha Richmond is Thread Capital’s director of lending and client support. She leads Thread Capital’s loan origination, coaching, connections, and customer service efforts, with the goal of executing Thread Capital’s mission of strengthening entrepreneurship and expanding access to capital for small businesses in North Carolina.
Elaine Bolle is an active investor and advisor to early-stage companies after many years as CEO and senior executive building high growth companies in financial services, consumer goods and e-commerce. She serves as a board member for high growth profit and non-profit organizations.
Joel Harper has consulted small business owners for most of his career, which has mostly been spent in the Chamber of Commerce arena. He led the Chapel Hill Chamber for 10 years and the Eden Chamber for 3. He’s been a counselor with the SBTDC for the past five years.
